Receiving from another FFL

$40 for the first firearm, $30 per additional firearms

* If you have a Delaware issued Concealed Carry permit, show it to us at pickup and we will complete the transfer. If you do not have a valid Delaware issued Concealed Carry permit, we will still complete the firearm transfer, but will not transfer the magazine(s) over 17 rounds. We do not pin or modify magazines.*

Person to Person Transfer

Transfer Fee: $35 for the first, $20 per additional 

A per firearm fee is required to perform a background check (regardless of the outcome). Both parties must be present to perform the transfer.

If the purchaser is delayed, the owner of the firearm will keep possession of the firearm. Once the intended purchaser has received a "proceed" status, both parties must return to the store (at the same time) to complete the transfer.

The transfer fee is mandatory regardless of the outcome of the background check.

What If You Are Denied?

If you have a firearm transferred to us and you are denied, you must pay our denial fee ($100), and all shipping costs to send it back to where you purchased it from.

If you submit an appeal and are successful, we will apply all fees toward your purchase and additional fees will be given in store credit.

If you refuse to pay the fees, we will not return the firearm to the sender and will use it in lieu of payment for fees incurred. Any excess value of the firearm will be forfeited.

• You must contact the seller to discuss their return policy and have them send us a return shipping label.
• We will not transfer the gun to a friend/relative, as that would be considered a Straw Purchase.

What if you send us a firearm that is not Delaware compliant?

If you have a firearm sent to us that is not compliant with HB450 and/or any other State or Federal Laws - you must pay the transfer fee, and all shipping costs to send it back to where you purchased it from.

If you refuse to pay the fees, we will not return the firearm to the sender and will use it in lieu of payment for fees incurred. Any excess value of the firearm will be forfeited.

• You must contact the seller to discuss their return policy and have them send us a return shipping label.
• We will not transfer the gun to any other FFLs aside from the seller.

You have 30 days from the time we call you to pick up your weapon. After 30 days from the initial call, we charge a storage fee of $20 per month.
